In 1980, Sheila released “King of the World,” featuring the hit “Spacer,” which was a chart-topper in several countries, from France to South Africa. The title track of the album was also well-received. This marked the culmination of the SHEILA & B. DEVOTION experiment and, perhaps, a graceful conclusion to it.
