The album consisted of only six tracks, including covers of Johnny Kidd’s “Shakin’ All Over,” Eddie Cochran’s “Summertime Blues,” and Mose Allison’s “Young Man Blues,” as well as the band’s original songs “Substitute,” “My Generation,” and “Magic Bus.” Although not brief due to the 16-minute rendition of “My Generation,” which included snippets from other tracks, and the seven-and-a-half-minute “Magic Bus,” the album was characterized by its simplicity, crudeness, and brutally loud sound, all wrapped up in a plain brown sleeve.
