In 1973, Les Variations arrived in the US, signed with Buddah Records, and released “Moroccan Roll” the following year. The album is divided into two parts, with the first being rock’n’roll-heavy and spanning six tracks, while the shorter second part contains some of Les Variations’ best moments. Internal tensions, particularly between Joe Lebb and Marc Tobaly, impacted the group’s dynamics in this third album.
