Formant une partie d’un quadrilatère doré complété par “Get Nervous” l’année suivante, l’album a mis en avant la collaboration fructueuse de Benatar avec son mari-guitariste Neil Giraldo ainsi qu’avec la talentueuse section rythmique de Myron Grombacher et Roger Capps, auxquels s’ajoutait le second guitariste Scott St. Clair. “Precious Time” a présenté un mélange captivant de morceaux, incluant une reprise saisissante du ‘Helter Skelter’ des Beatles.
